Mzobanzi N. Sineke’s research seeks to ascertain the nature of risk governance practices and processes employed by local municipalities in the Alfred Nzo District of Eastern Cape in South Africa. He intends to identify issues that need to be addressed to generate effective risk governance practices. The study further aims to increase knowledge of different risk governing tools and their advantages in the municipal context.
